I ran the search lemma:בֵּן BEFORE 1 WORD lemma:אֱלֹהִים
Notice that the Gen 6.2 result has one highlight colour in the resource.
It appears that the hyphen in "בְנֵי־הָֽאֱלֹהִים" in Gen 6:2 is causing it to be treated as one word, whereas in Gen 6:4 there is a space instead. It is the same in both the BHS 4.2 and the BHS WIVU.
But the results text comes from the resource!?
They are still seen as separate lemmas, which is why it would find that result in the first place, but the hyphen is causing it to be highlighted as one word.
