In another thread it was discovered that prioritisation order is not respected when some resources have advanced prioritisation set. It seems resources with advanced prioritisation are considered of greater priority than other resources above them
I've filed a report to find out if this is expected or a bug. Thanks.
Update: This was the original design; however, it will be changed in Beta 6 so that resources with "from this resource" advanced prioritization limits will need to be above other prioritized resources to have greater priority.
