With only what one is allowed to read on Amazon it is difficult to be absolutely sure where he is heading, but I have thought for some time that there tends to be a sort of gnosticism in many churches. People tend to concentrate on believing certain things to be the case rather than having a commitment to the message of Jesus Christ that God loves his creation and trusting in that. Perhaps that is his argument, but it is difficult to be certain.
