is there a way to move my L3 & L4 to my external drive. i am running out room on system.
L3 yes. L4 not really. Certainly not easily for L4.
As for L3 you can copy all of your resources from C:\program files\Logos\Resources to your external drive and remove them from that location. Then under TOOLS >>OPTIONS (something like that) in L3 you can change your resource path to include the external drive.
Note that doing so will slow down some access since L3 will have to read the resources through the drive interface instead of an internal drive.
