NTSK > Strong's links not working

I'm having problems with the NTSK's Strong's links.  Greek links are not hyperlinks and Hebrew links open a warning window telling me I don't have the correct resource -- similar to what happens in the JNTC being hardwired to JNT.  I tried using prioritization as per some other forum threads but cannot get it to work. (see below)  Any suggestions?

Prioritisation will not assist if there is no link or a hard link. We need the resource to be fixed for the Greek Strong's - so  an Email to logos4feedback@logos.com is what you should do, citing this thread! Whether they should be hard linked to NSGBW is debatable.
