Selecting Layouts hard on small screens

I have L4 set to scale at 120% to make reading easier on a small screen (Eee PC 900 netbook). When I click on "Layouts" I get what you see below.

I can't see the previews to the right (and there is no option to scroll).

I can't see the layouts at the bottom (again, no option to scroll)
