How does one do that? I don't see any answers yet on the Forum that answers those who have asked similar questions.

Select the text of your note the way you would anything else - else click in the note an hold CTRL+A to select all, CTRL+C to copy and then paste it into your WP.
Or, once the note text is selected (by clicking and dragging or using Ctrl+A as Thomas mentioned), then right-click on the selection and choose Copy:
Then go to word processor and paste however you normal paste in there. Usually Ctrl+V will do it, or right-click and select Paste, or Edit > Paste.
