New Bible Commentary missing from Logos 4

I have been using Logos Scholar's Library since 1994, and became somewhat attached to the New Bible Commentary in support of my bible reading and research. I noticed that New Bible Commentary is missing from Logos 4 Scholar's Library. What is the issue here? I am still able to use this resource in version 3, and thought that the policy was that once bought, a resource remained available to the user.

James, welcome to the forums.
You are right, once you buy a resource it should remain available to you. If memory serves the New Bible Commentary is a part of the IVP Essential Reference Library. If it isn't showing up in your Logos 4 that suggests to me that you haven't synchronized licenses in Libronix.
So, try going to Tools>Library Management>Synchronize Licenses wait a little bit and then restart Logos 4. If it works correctly then it should start downloading (if you have automatic updates on). If this doesn't work you might need to call Logos Customer Service to have them look at your license file to see if something is wrong with it.
