I have a consistent problem when doing searches on L4 especially when doing a "Top Bible" search or "All Bibles". Individual Bibles seem at least to be working sometimes. Here are log files as best as I know how to give you. Sorry-not very computer savy!6318.Logos4Crash.txt17875.Logos4.log

Just saw something that might relate to the issue as I am trying to see when the crashes take place...everytime I do a search even on an individual Bible (such as NASB or ESV) a small search box for KJV Apochrypha is seen in th top left--then I see the pop-up box for L4 stopping. Thanks in advance for help...DAB

Please tell us about your computer system and give details of the search that caused the crash (maybe repeat the crash and upload another set of logs).

This AM before sending this message after looking at some things on the home page, I closed everything and from the home page hit the search hour glass; I searched all Bible Text in all Bible passages in the ESV for "Moses"....I saw the verse (with continuing elipsis) and then right before the popup for "L4 is not working," I see KJV Apoch with a text box appear in the top left Here are new logs:

Your Logos4.log does not match the Crash log - they get overwritten the next time you start L4, so it's important to upload the log before you restart L4. However, I think you should contact Technical Support and reference this thread.

Dave Hooten--just had the chance tonight to get home early and call customer support--cause of the crash was corrupt metadata...rebuilt the file and everything working great...thanks again for your time...God Bless You...DAB
