Bug: Show Collection - "Detail view" not showing up

Hi,
To reproduce the bug:
- Go to Tools -> Collection (Under Library)
- Select an existing collection (for my case I selected NICOT & NICNT)
- Detail view (the list disappeared), Icon view (list re-appear)
This bug is very basic, I search the forum, but, cannot fine similar bug report.
I have tested this on my 3 L4 environments, all exhibit the same problem.
- Logos 4.2a Beta 5 (4.21.4.9518) for Mac OS X 10.6.6 and
- Logos 4.2a Beta 5 (4.21.4.9488) for Win XP Pro SP3
- Logos 4.2 SR-2 (4.20.4.8828) for Win 7 x 64bit
Can someone validate, that it is indeed a bug. Thanks.

Floyd,
Thanks for confirming that both views works for you. So looks like it is specific to my system or my account (?)
I go back take another screenshot on 4.2a Beta5 (4.21.4.9488), as I hover my mouse over the invisible list, I see pop up for details of each of the resources.

No problem - I thought you were discussing the Beta, which I do not run. After I deleted it, I saw that you also had a non-beta release also. My comment stands - just the post is gone. [:)]

Mark,
The problem appears on
- Logos 4.2a Beta 5 (4.21.4.9488) for Win XP Pro SP3
It also appear on
- Logos 4.2a Beta 5 (4.21.4.9518) for Mac OS X 10.6.6 and
- Logos 4.2 SR-2 (4.20.4.8828) for Win 7 x 64bit
Yes, actually, I was not sure where to post it :-) the first set of screenshot was from L4 Mac (beta), the second on L4 Win (beta).
Sounds like it is not a general problem, it is only specific to me :-( which is what I want to confirm. I will contact tech support.

When in Detail view, make sure you have at least one column selected. Right-click on the gray bar and choose a column from the list.

Melissa,
Thanks, got it now, not sure how and when that happened, I am quite certain I did not manually removed the columns. Now, I look at the screenshot, it is so obvious that no column was selected. I am so embarrassed [:$]
Thanks all.

Thanks all.
You probably didn't uncheck the default columns, so you wouldn't have known to look for that. Development is looking into why the defaults are sometimes removed.
