LOGOS 4.10.4.9457 collections do not sync -

I have a copy of LOGOS on my laptop that has not updated collections. Its collections, that I save on it, are sent to the iMac but those on the iMac do not come back. Does anyone know if there is a general procedure for this situation or do I need to submit logs and hope?

Apologies - unable to replicate - many times have sync'd on one computer (using Sync Now command or clicking circled arrows) - wait for sync to comptete - switch to different computer - sync'd - completed (stuff transferred).

Wonder if sync having issue(s) on one or both computers - submitting log(s) would be helpful.

Forum http://community.logos.com/forums/t/29237.aspx had a sync issue, posted Logos4.log file had an UPDATE FAILED message:

"SyncManager | UPDATE FAILED: item has local changes - { Preferences, pref:ResourceViewPreferences/ResourceLLS:27.0.1, , False }"

Resolution was open LLS:27.0.1 - scroll some locally - then sync

synvc works fine on the iMac (or at least it seems to, a collection made on the MBP was copied to the iMac). Here is the most recent log.

Noticed Logos4.log file ERROR's: "ResourceCollectionManager | Could not open collection with specified name:" for "interesting" and "bible compare (2)"

Found a forum thread with same error message => http://community.logos.com/forums/p/25422/188604.aspx#188604 - concur with recommendation to contact Logos support - can mention this thread.

Observation: wiki page section includes couple Font items => http://wiki.logos.com/Mac_Troubleshooting#Slow_Performance
