Is it possible to have Logos for iPad offer the ability to download books within the program like iBooks?
Exporting it to a pdf or epub would allow you reading capability in iBooks. This topic has been discussed futher elsewhere on here under the reading on a kindle.

Logos 1.6.2 application for iPad has ability to download licensed books (for offline use), but does not offer in-application purchase. On iPad, do have option to purchase book licenses using Logos web site => http://www.logos.com/
