Text Comparison Tool

I am trying to compare a large portion of text, but I do not want to scroll through everything looking for variations. I am wondering if there is a way to limit the display so it shows only verses with variations.

    Logos 4 Text Comparison tool not have navigation feature - jump to next or previous difference.  Also not have capability to hide verses (including ones that match) - only can scroll in window.

    Mac OS X has optional Developer installation that includes FileMerge utility - can compare 2 text files with jump to next or previous difference.
