Shopping cart > checkout problem

I am sorry to bother the forum with my small problem. I wish to download the free resource of McCheyne and the Leaders Library upgrade. They show in the 'Shopping Cart' but I seem unable to proceed from there. What am i missing to be able to download?

David, you are not alone, for some reason the checkout is not bringing up the payment plan popup during the check-out like it's supposed to (EDIT: for a handful of people). I suggest trying different browsers but if that doesn't work call Logos up and ask for sales and they'll be able to process the transaction for you.
