Upgrade to Scholars KF now Logos won't start

So I upgraded from Scholars (LE) to (KF) and, after installation, Logos won't start. It doesn't seem to crash, it just won't start. It says "signing in" and then everything disappears.

Anyone else have this problem?

I'm a seminary student who uses Logos ALL the time.

Sounds like a crash - please post log archive.

Other option is contacting Logos support - opens at 6 am Pacific Time.

On a Mac, launch Logos, then quickly press and hold Command key until sign-in appears - release Command key - check "Use Blank Layout" - click sign-in.

Another idea is restarting Mac, then launch Logos.

Thanks for the tips.

I tried a reboot. I also tried signing in with a blank layout. After the "signing in" box is displayed for about 2 seconds, everything disappears.

You were actually running the latest Beta, not the stable release. Try downloading and installing the version referenced in this post in the Mac Beta forums: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/28904.aspx

Ah, I hadn't thought about the fact that I had the beta. I re-installed the beta and I am back up and running!
