Copy & Highlight in Page View

You can't really copy or highlight across page boundaries in page view. I intuitively expect that when selecting text and dragging my mouse down past the bottom of the page (or to the left of the page) that my selection should extend to the next page, but it doesn't. So when I want to select text for copying, i have to switch out of page mode first. Hopefully this can be changed in a future release.

One way that allows you to copy beyond one page is to hold down the "shift" key after starting your selecting, keep holding it down, then use the mouse to go to the next page(s) and "click" where you want to stop the highlightening. This works with both views.

Thanks Ralph. That does help. I had actually tried that, but for some reason it didn't work for me before. But it does in fact work, so that's a short term work around until they can build in response to mouse action.

Great to hear Wyn, often times I find these things out by accident [:O], not too long ago while in paged view I accidently pressed the space bar and it made the page go forward, and found out that while hitting the shift key and then pressing the space bar it went back one page (easier for me then the page up and down, or the mouse wheel). Always room for improvements by Logos, but I really do like the paged view for reading!

Wow... i like that too. The space bar and shift space bar! There should be a running list of these things somewhere.
