In ESV Matthew 23 verse 14 seems to be missing. Just FYI - See screenshot.

There is a footnote there that says:
"Some manuscripts add here (or after verse 12) verse 14: Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses and for a pretense you make long prayers; therefore you will receive the greater condemnation"
(If you turn off "Bible text only" you will see the footnotes)

Matthew 23:14 is not in the main body of the ESV text. It is footnoted with a statement that some manuscripts add verse 14. From your screen shot you must be in Bible text only mode. If you turn that off, you will see the footnote after verse 13.
Soli Deo Gloria,

The ESV does not include verse 14. It has it in a footnote: "Some manuscripts add here (or after verse 12) verse 14: Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses and for a pretense you make long prayers; therefore you will receive the greater condemnation"
Woe to the publishers of the NKJV who hypocritically included this verse and for a pretense acted like it is part of the Bible.
As far as I know, most modern translations do not have Mat 23:14
