could not get the download to work installing logos 4 after hours , tried with support online did not word so ordered mac installation and its doing the same it just installs the basic frame no library cant get the installation to work , its sad and discouraging , most programmes just install with simply putting the cd in , phoned from uk went through some steps to get it installed left it to index library next day nothing in library o resources , moved it to trash bin reinstalled again and the same problem again , only installs the layout with no resources from the 7gb installation dvd , ill try ringing again , something is wrong ,
