BUG: "Send searches here" and Cmd+Shift+S doesn't work
Press Cmd+Shift+S to open a search panel. Click the dropdown menu (top left) and select "Send searches here". Now enter some text in the search box and hit enter. Click on a result or two, browse around, have a good time. Now, press Cmd+Shift+S, hoping to get the focus returned to the search-box's textfield (and, have the current search text selected so that I can just start typing a new search and hit enter). No such luck. Not sure where the focus is but it surely isn't in the search panel's text field.
This has been reported before so perhaps it just hasn't been fixed yet in the current beta.

That's correct. You reported it here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/29087.aspx and report was submitted. I'm not sure when a fix will be available.

Yes, we have a bug for it. Unfortunately, we can't fix every bug reported during a beta cycle before the next one comes out. Keyboard navigation and focus issues are something that we know needs work in the app, but it's a lower priority that getting all the existing features, such as Printing into the app. I can't say this will get resolved before 4.2a ships because it's not a simple fix.
