In TLOT there are Hyperlinks, atleaset they are the different color and the pointer changes to a hand, but when I hit control enter all I get is a window show the name of the reference.
Any thoughts?
I don't have TLOT. However, when this happens to me it is typically because I've clicked a link to a datatype that I do not have in my library. It's either that or there are broken link in the resource.

A datatype is a reference scheme. The most common one that everyone has is the Bible. For example I could have a link to a Qumran manuscript but if I don't have any books tagged with Qumran references then when I click a Qumran link then the Power Lookup window will open and only display that link.
A link to a datatype/reference that you don't have will act this way while link to a book you don't have will bring up the dialogue that you don't own the book but you could go to Logos.com
The real question is what kind of links are you clicking on. If you click a Bible reference does it take you to your top prioritized Bible? If not then there is a bug with the resource or program. If it's another type of link then we need to ascertain if you have that reference available in your library.
I'm assuming you're over/clicking on the numeric references; not the name of the book? Else my TLOT seems to be happy (links to what I have; doesn't link to what I don't have). So, as a minimum, the resource seems to be ok.
