Help With Customisation

I've been trying to use the text comparison feature but all I get is a copy of the translation I'm reading in the second window. Even more frustratingly, when I did manage to get a different translation in the second window, it didn't highlight where the differences were. I paid the money to make things easier, not harder

First, try reading the wiki article on text comparison. http://wiki.logos.com/Text_Comparison it should have enough information for you to figure out how to get going.

What base package do you have? The show differences function of the Text Comparison tool is not available in the lowest base packages.
