4.2a Beta 6: No autoscroll when adding new sections to a custom guide template

Start adding sections to this new template (I have dozens of collections, so I'm adding them one by one) until they fill up the available space in the template window.

Keep adding more. They get added below the bottom of the window and don't automatically scroll into view, so you keep having to manually scroll down to select the collection from the dropdown.

Expect: window should autoscroll to show the newly added section
