BUG? Export Crashes Logos

I have tried exporting from multiple resources, and invariably, clicking on PRINT/EXPORT will bring up the print screen and 2-3 seconds later, Logos will crash. Here's my tech specs

Windows Vista Home Premium

Logos 4.2 Beta 6 (4.21.9928)

I am, however, able to export my word search files, but any other export crashes the application. Help?

Brian,

First, a post like this is best suited for the PC Beta subforum. It is likely to get more appropriate attention there.

Second, Could you capture some diagnostic logs and post them?

Finally, there has been some others with problems with the Print/Export crashing Logos, but it's not widespread as far as I can tell. So, yes, there's probably a bug at work here.

Without seeing logs it is difficult to say for sure, but I suspect this is the same crash that has been reported in both the L4 forum as well the Beta forum. Melissa has indicated this crash will be fixed in the next Beta. If you are not running beta, I would assume that an update will be coming for the SR.
