Customize library column settings somehow (rearrange the order, turn on/off visibility of columns, change widths).
Install Logos on another machine.
Logos resets Library to default column settings.
These settings should be sync'ed across machines.
Note: I have noticed that the column customization settings seem to go back to the default every time we get a new major release too, but have never really captured/documented this. However here's a clearly documented case.
Note 2: I had 4.2a Beta 6 on one machine and installed 4.2 SR-2 on the other machine, so the mismatch between versions might have been what screwed up my column settings.
