I know this was an issue in the past with other resources. The pop-up info for the GNT is in Spanish rather than English.
In this thread, http://community.logos.com/forums/p/28076/209048.aspx#209048, we recommend quitting Logos 4, deleting your LibraryCatalog folder under:
/Users/<user_id>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/<random_characters>/, and restarting Logos 4.
