Shifting from Greek to Hebrew and back again.

I thought it was a default setting from earlier versions of Logos. I used to run an English version with an original language text (say Romans 4:3) in Greek in a second window. Then if I followed a cross reference to a passage in the OT (say Genesis 15:6), then the same original language window would automatically shift from displaying the Greek NT to displaying the Hebrew OT at the linked passage.

Do you remember that functionality? I remember having it in Libronix. Is that functionality also available in L4?

I must not be choosing or linking the proper resources. Maybe there is a setting... Maybe I'm not "holding my mouth right..."

Help please.

This is one of the things that will not work in L4, since there is no way to create a serial resource association (at least not yet).

As a work around, many put a Greek and Hebrew Bible in the same tab, link them both to your English text, if you like, and just click between the tabs as you work. This is how I do it, and it works just fine (the BHS won't follow NT text ref's, nor the GNT follow OT text ref's.)

I might add that depending on how you work, once your original language and English Bibles are linked, if you set the "send hyperlinks here" on the original language Bibles, then the correct one will open and the English Bible will follow.  When you are chasing hyperlinks of course, it will not switch original language tabs if you manually change the Bible reference in the English Bible, unless you enter the command to go to that Bible reference in the main command box.
