Stuck with Beta 9...Won't Update

I'm stuck with Beta 9. I can't update. Update now didn't do anything yesterday or today to initiate download. I'm getting the known crash on the homepage, but since I can't update on this computer, I can't fix it.
Any ideas on what to do when the "Update now" command isn't doing anything?
