Verizon IPhone 4 Logos crashes

I purchased an IPhone 4 on Verizon and downloaded the Logos app and it will not down load my content. The Library screen goes blank and with the exception of the one standard bible it won't work on any books, WIFI or 3G.

I also have an IPad and the Logos app works as advertised.

PS. Logos ad a copy feature to your app like Laridian has. Additionally your search feature stinks and will not work unless the device is online. Laridian works great except they do no have the depth of content nor does it tie to my PC like Logos so please spend some time and improve your mobile apps a bit. Thank you!

    I received the Verizon iPhone and loaded the Logos app too; however, I can do most all functions (so far) and open most books.  The message that get's displayed is: "Error loading book.  Logos could not load the specified book."  On the occasional "Error loading book", when I've tried it again it seems to work fine.  I've also seen the passage guide fail but that has not happened recently.  Most of my testing has been on WiFi. 

    I'm glad I've got the app and excited about using Logos away from the desktop.

    You might consider deleting the app and reloading it if you haven't already.  My app was loaded through iTune with a hard connection from the phone to the computer (vs loading it WifFi or 3G).

    The error message is common it is from slow connection or a congestion on Logos server end. Retry them and they should work. You may have to switch the offline button on and off to do this successfully.

  • Forum http://community.logos.com/forums/t/28865.aspx has information about iPhone/iPad/iPod logs in iTunes - may be worthwhile to look in logs.
