Sigh... I could use a little help

I was trying to remove Logos and reinstall so I could get out of the beta channel. I removed Logos with App Cleaner so that it also remove the plist file and some other random associate files. Then I downloaded the install app from the web. I installed it, but when I run it Logos immediately crashes. What am I doing wrong?

Need logs to diagnose what's happening - one crash possibility is Logos application uninstalled then installed with older stable release, but Logos database files were not deleted - current stable release crashes when trying to access updated beta databases (e.g. library has last updated column with values in Logos 4.2a beta).

Wonder about restarting Mac, watch for blue logos icon to appear in menu bar, after blue icon disappears, launch Logos 4 Mac and try a basic search (e.g. logos) - if Logos crashes or no search, close Logos, then compress and post logs.

Other option is calling Logos support 1-800-875-6467 (open Mon-Fri 6 am to 5 pm Pacific).

Is there anyway to completely wipe Logos from the system? I don't care about removing resources, indexes or whatever. I just want it to work in a stable fashion.

I thought App Cleaner would do this, but evidently it didn't. Are there other folders I could manually remove?

When I reboot, the Logos icon doesn't show up in the menu bar if that helps.

Suspect App Cleaner not remove your Logos4 folder with resources, indexes, etc.

Either Logos plist not launching or Indexer crashing immediately - not know without log files.
