The hard page breaks in Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics are unusual. I know of no other resource that is laid out like this. Most books let you turn on and off page numbers, but this shows them all the time, with a horizontal line showing where the page break in the print edition is, and no nice flow between the pages but a line break exactly where it is in the print layout. This makes no sense when viewing on the screen. It's sufficient to be able to turn on the page numbers if you want to see where the print page breaks come (for proper citations, for example). And now we can view the whole thing in paged/column view, which makes the hard page breaks even weirder.

Furthermore, there are no orange page numbers displayed in the first few (Roman numeral) pages when you turn on the display of page numbers. That seems to be a problem with the index which is a separate issue. In this case one is glad for the hard page breaks, but I wish they weren't there anywhere, and that the soft page numbers worked throughout the book.
