How do you change the default search windows which populate when entering a bible reference in the "Go" box? It gets distracting when I have 5 window panes open with multiple tabs on each pane. I don't need 5 bible resources in the Bible pane. If I want to view another version, I can right click on my mouse and open it.
It also eats up my system resources, causing my Win 7 64 bit machine with 4 GB ram to come to a screetching halt, to the point Logos 4 is not responding. A very unfriendly spinning tire entertains me while Logos utilizes my system resources and catches up.
To top off my frustration, any new searches are added to the previous search which has been run, causing even more resource use. To get out of this reduntancy, I have to type in "Close All". Why this command has not been added permantly to the Tools menu is beyond my understanding.
I upgraded to the Scolars library when Logos 4 came out. I am not a pastor of any church, just a lay person who wants to study the Bible and share it with others. I can say without a doubt Logos 4 has been a big dissapointment for me in performance.
Sorry for the rant. Any help in how to change the default search layout would be appreciated.
