Word Study Guide Dead

For the past week, my word study function has been completely dead. I have know idea why! :(

    Give us an example of how you attempt to use it and what happens (or how nothing happens). Does it crash, or freeze up? Does the Word Study panel not even open for you? Etc. A screenshot might help.
