How do I add the 2011 NIV to my Leaders Logos 4 without upgrading to another version?

If you own a LE base package you can crossgrade for free to the same "level" of the base packages see ( http://www.logos.com/upgrade ). Otherwise you can purchase the NIV 2011 separately http://www.logos.com/product/8787/new-international-version
If you've got Leader's Logos 4 already, you should have the 1984 NIV already, and as such you'd be eligible to get the free upgrade to the new KF edition of Leader's Library that includes the 2011 NIV. Read about and get the free crossgrade mentioned (and linked) in this post: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/28219.aspx
Clicking on the free crossgrade link in that post should take you to your personalized upgrade page on the Logos website. You'll have to go through the motions of doing a purchase even though the amount is 0 so your credit card won't be charged. If that page doesn't show you the free crossgrade available to you, then call or email Customer Service. Or if you've already done this and still don't see the 2011 NIV, try closing Logos and restarting. If that doesn't work, try typing "update resources" in the Logos command bar. If that still doesn't work, then again contact Customer Service.
