Crossgrading on a 2nd computer

Dear Friends

   I guess I am getting to be to old of a dog to learn new tricks. I crossgraded on my desktop  PC but when I try to do so on my laptop it does not show the free crossgrade for the Logos 4 LE. I have been trying to crossgrade inoreder to add the NIV 2011 to my reources. Woudl appreciate any help[.

If you are using the same account on both computers, you don't need to re-order. The NIV should get automatically added to the other computer (assuming automatic updates are turned on).

If you aren't using the same account, then you need to make sure that you're logged into the Logos website with the other account details.
