4.2a Beta 7: "Show reading view" makes no sense on most Tools

Why is the "Show reading view" menu command available on Tool panels such as Highlighting, History, Favorites, Reading Lists, Information, etc.? These tools only make sense when viewed alongside resource panels, so having them in Reading View is pointless. As soon as you click on an item in your History, Reading View, Favorites, or Explorer, it will get you back out of reading view anyway. You can't use the Highlighting styles unless you're looking at something to highlight. The Information and Power Lookup windows can't show anything different once they've been opened to Reading View because you can no longer move your mouse over or click on a resource.
Some of the other tools might possibly make sense to open in Reading View, at least insofar as they work OK when they're the only thing visible (e.g., Pronunciation, Cited By, Program Settings, Copy Bible Verses, and Passage Analysis).
But the only one I can see it being actually useful to be able to open in full Reading View is Text Comparison, especially when you've selected English Bibles, so you can see a whole ton of translations of one passage in lots of different Bibles all on the screen at once.
