Bug: Commas are sometimes interpreted as OR, sometimes as AND in a morph search

To reproduce:

• Do a morph search for two words separated by a comma: e.g. lemma:πειράζω, lemma:στρατιώτης
• The search will run, and return results (64 in the ESV), and the comma is correctly interpreted as an OR.
• Now change the original search to lemma:πειράζω@v, lemma:στρατιώτης@n
• The search no longer returns results, even though that search should be equivalent. Now the comma is being incorrectly interpreted as an AND. Indeed, if you flick across to a Bible search, you'll see that the interpreter makes a real hash of understanding the syntax.
