The indexer has been on 99% for about 20 minutes, and doesn't respond to "Pause for 4 hours". A file system monitor indicates the Indexer is still whirring away on the HD.

This seems to be related to the reindexing which happened with this beta and some of the new phase reporting - see http://community.logos.com/forums/t/29945.aspx for a discussion on this.

Additionally past experience indicates that the indexer attempts to finish it's current operation before pausing.
The indexer has been on 99% for about 20 minutes, and doesn't respond to "Pause for 4 hours".
From my indexing, 99% occurred just before replacing the Library Index files but this took less than one minute and the Indexer was done! It would help to know the phase of indexing that the percentage refers to eg. writing postings occurred after 64% and took 22 minutes to complete (at 99%).
