niv upgrade

follow the instructions downloaded 'upgrade' was told logos 4 was up to date
still don't seen niv in library I do see niv 1984
please help

Ray in your Library box type NIV 2011 to see if it comes up.
Also, have you restarted Logos? It need to (1) recognize the license, (2) download the file (3) index the file - it will not accomplish all of these without a restart.
Finally, Is use internet set to no in the tools → program settings dialog?

Same problem tried all suggested and still not working.

Have you tried typing "Update" or Update Resources" (without quotations) in the command bar?
