More special preset Bible reading plans

Greetings,
Perhaps this has already been suggested before: as it is, the Bible reading plan feature is good. It would be even more useful to have access to some special presets that one may want to read through such as various harmonies of the gospels, a chronological Bible, etc. The question is how easily the harmonies/parallel passages files could be converted into Bible reading plans? Some of the geeks in this forum may know how and be kind enough to tell us. Or some folks from Logos might just do it for us...
Blessings,
Francis

I've done a lot of work on this. I'll attach some files you can mess with.
However, there is a builtin problem in the engine that divides things up into even days-
it automatically forces any change from one book to another to start a new day's reading.
So, if you try to consolidate the synoptic gospels or is you try to chronologically interweave 2Sam,Chron & Kings & prophets, it does not work well.
You need to force the chron list to be in big chunks.
Will post some lists for you to try, later.=============

Here is a list that is approximately chronological ... yes, I know, there are many opinions that may differ but my purpose here is not to start a debate ... rather, to illustrate how the existing Bible Reading Plan tool can be used.
This list covers the OT, excluding Psalms and Proverbs, which I like to mix in with the NT. Just copy the list into te "Passage" box of Properties in your custom Plan, select the dates and days you want, and (I suggest) use Pericope Boundaries for more "even" distribution across the calendar. Note - as I said before, Libronix does not allow you to include more than one book of the Bible in a given "day" ... this is the main limitation.

Suggestions along this line have been made and a person or two has actually created Bible reading plans. But the process is rather clumsy and requires modification each time it is used. So no, I won't volunteer for the task. But I'd certainly support the reworking of the process by Logos.
