Rising Panic: Empty collections

I'm mid assignment, working with Logos as usual, and find that although my library window says 1490 resources, whatever book I search for (bible, ESV, anything) the result is 0; then when I search the library for 'revelation' the result is again 0, which is surprising - the same for 'the'. Now, I see that all of my collections are empty, although all of the rules are still there...
Any ideas? Panic is building

If search results are zeroed out it sounds like an indexing issue. If collections aren't working then that might be a problem with metadata.
However, before we panic too much reboot.
If Logos is still misbehaving enable logging and issue the command "rebuild index" if that doesn't work upload the logs (both Logos and indexer) to the forum.
However, if you have assignments on a pressing schedule, call tech support they should be able to help you a lot faster than the forums can.

Thanks for the advice[:)] I've rebooted, and I can do a simple search, but not in a Collection. Library is still the same, I can look at it but not filter it...

Ok, Good.... that seems to suggest bad metadata, let's force Logos to regenerate it.
- Close Logos
- Navigate to C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\<random>\Updates and delete/rename the files in this folder
- Restart Logos 4 it should rebuild the file. Check to see if your collections are now working.

They won't be there, I'm afraid - not until 6am on the Western coast of the states, which is mid-afternoon in the UK. I'm not clear exactly what the issue is. Is it that whenever you type something into the library filter (or collections filter) then Logos returns zero results?
Perhaps a screenshot would help?

You're right of course...
It's all fixed now; removing the updates file, as Kevin suggested, didn't work but I felt brave and deleted the Resource Manager database and that worked - it was a scary moment though. All my study already relies on Logos...
Whenever I typed something into the library filter, opened or searched a collection then the result was zero, even for 'the'. I went pale...
