I have been looking for The Promise-Plan of God (Kaiser) in my library and cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry, but I must ask the obvious question. Should this resource be part of your library? Did you purchase one of the Zondervan bundles?
Yes I did. Three of the four are in my library.
Check your Hidden Resources (in Program Settings). You probably didn't put it there knowingly but if you were hiding other resources you might have dragged it there by mistake. That's a common reason for resources not being found that a user should have in their library.
Also check your Logos Resources folder to see if the file is there. It should be called PROMISEPLAN.logos4.
It is not listed in hidden files (I placed only the old "quick start guides" there). And it is not in my resources folder, either. Maybe I should call customer service. Thanks for your help.
FYI: customer services says it is a Mac related issue.
I hope they fixed it for you or gave you hope of a solution for it.

Hi Donn! I have the same issue. I had great assistance from the technical support but nothing we tried worked. So it does seem to be a bug on the Mac version. Hopefully it will get solved before too long

I don't know if this will work, but it's worth trying. Create a new folder on your computer. Download http://resources.assets.logos.com/lls_promiseplan/2011-01-10T18_27_35Z/PROMISEPLAN.logos4 and place it in that folder. Go to the command bar in Logos, and type scan c:\path\to\folder, where c:\path\to\folder is the folder/path name of the folder you created in step 1. Restart Logos
On a Mac, can create Resources folder on desktop, download step 2 file to Resources desktop folder, then use scan /Users/username/Desktop/Resources command (replacing username with your login name), followed by restarting Logos.

Have you found any other titles missing from either a PC or a Mac?
I'm another title short on my Mac. There's a difference of 2 between the number of resources on my (Windows) laptop and the number on my iMac. One is the Promise-Plan of God and I have no idea what the other is. I didn't notice the discrepancy until I compared both after The Promise Plan of God failed to show up. The other is obviously a resource I haven't used yet on my Mac. No doubt I'll find it in due time
With the latest software update, The Promise-Plan of God is now available on the Mac! Thanks, Logos, for getting this resolved.
That resource required version 4.2 or above (4.2a for Mac), so the 4.2a update allowed the resource to be recognized by the program.
