The only thing I know to do is to roll the program back.  Tech support has failed to help me after two calls and over two hours on the phone.

I'm at my wits end.

I'll gladly consider other suggestions.

Did I miss something on the earlier thread when KS4J suggested posting your logs to the thread?

This would be a much better idea than constantly downloading the library at such a high cost.

This program should make it quite a simple operation

Once we have the logs then somebody should be able to pin point your problem and help you out.

Can I also suggest that you take a backup of your Logos resources? That way, even if you have to re-install, you won't need to re-download. Go into your Logos folder, and copy the Data\{random}\ResourceManager\Resources folder to somewhere else on your hard drive.

I do have a backup folder.  In fact, I have L4 on my PC.  I copied the files over, but still no go.

I thought that the quickest and easiest way, after all the trouble I've had, would be to roll back the engine.

I'll take my reply to the other thread, to avoid confusing things.
