Slow building of handouts

As I was recently testing the handout feature on the new build, I noticed that I got "black screen" for up to 20 secs while it tried to insert or update.  Should this be happening at this stage?

The other thing I noticed is that I cannot find anyway to enlarge an inserted picture from the suggestions to be dragged to the add material part on the left.  Is it possible to make it bigger?

It would be worth noting that the lag in inserting was possibly text being inserted was in greek so this might have caused it as it seems to need to render it again when anything is added or moved on the page.

Testing the handouts again this morning I cannot see the same blackout you're experiencing.  If you're experiencing screen draw problems you may want to investigate if your video card drivers are up  to date (or as one user here discovered, if they are too up to date - Someone had to roll back to a prior driver from Dell to clear up artifacts on the screen.)

Sorry, these come in as one size fits everyone.    It's a good idea, but probably isn't going to happen.

Sadly they continue to autocheck, auto add and force fill pages: resulting in handouts being more frustrating than fulfilling.
