How do you change the "handout" add item from 2 column to 1?
EDIT: that was a bit terse, let me try again.....
Unfortunately there's no way to do that. Handouts are limited to page layouts or brochures, but beyond that not much flexibility. The good news is that Handouts are slated for a rewrite.
