Biblical Commentary on the NT 7th volume

Alright, I decided to put my previous comment on a new post to make sure it won't go unnoticed:

Biblical Commentary has a 7th volume according to the New Englander and Yale Review

I wonder if they combined the 7th into the 6th?

Edit: You will find the mention of the 7th volume in page 699 in the link I posted. Hey, you never know, but might just get an extra book for free. If not, it's still a great bargain, so I'm glad I finally decided to place my bid.

Question: Is the volume possibly an index volume? That's often a reason for the discrepancy.

Judging by what was written in the New Englander and Yale Review, Olshausen died before he could complete the commentary, so everything after the epistles of the Thessalonians was assigned to other scholars.

Looking at the page scans for volume six, it only goes up to Hebrews, which was one of the reassigned books.

So the commentary isn't complete, and it seems, there is in fact a seventh volume that is missing.

I'm going to quote the article here, with the key parts bolded.

Messrs. Sheldon, Blakeman, & Co., have sent us the fifth and sixth volumes of Olshausen's Biblical Commentary on the New Testament. The labors of Olshausen, in the field of biblical interpretation, were terminated, by his death, with the Epistles to the Thessalonians. We are happy that the Editor, Dr. Kendrick, and the publishers, Messrs. Sheldon, Blakeman, & Co., have thus extended their original plan, and that they are ere long to give to the American public this noble commentary complete.
