Thanks, but never mind. I "found" the resources! I had read the footnote saying the "missing" resources were integrated into the corsponding resource I just hadn't figured out how to make them show.

I have since done so.

Reverse Interlinears are a part of the associated bible resource.  For example, to get the ESV interlinear, open the ESV, and turn on the interlinear features in the ESV window.
