Logos 4 Indexing Stopped in Beginning tried 2x..

Today I got Logos 4 and downloaded the multi-gigabyte file and it started indexing and then totally stopped.  This is a bit discouraging but there must be an answer out  here before I call support in the AM.   My CPU and RAM and HD requirements are all met.

I have 64 Bit Windows 7.   Should I try to run this in safe mode networking OR ??

What you should do in this case is to Enable Logging and after the indexing crashes upload those logs (the indexer log, plus the indexer crash.txt) to this thread.

Someone should be able to read your logs and give you advice on how to proceed. If not you can reference the support tech to this thread so s/he won't have to capture logs and that should hopefully lead to a shorter support session.
