Reftagger Link above Link Issue

I LOVE reftagger! However is there a way I can tweak the code to make
the little window closer to the mouse arrow? I am having an issue with
it jumping to a new verse if there are linked verses right above it. I
believe if it were closer where a person mouses over the link it wouldn't have
that issue. Here's the webpage I am having an issue with. You'll see my
dilemma!...

    Kenny,

    The only issue I can see is with the Jeremiah verse in the first paragraph, and then only in IE (not Firefox). Are you seeing the problem elsewhere?
