Bug: not all of the note file icons are being displayed in the NRSV

I am missing some icons in the NRSV.  Please see the attached screen clip:

Hi Tom,

if notes were done use Selection, they will only show up in the Bible that you originally put them in.

If they all were done using Reference, then they will show up in all Bibles.

Thanks Steve for point out that I forgot to state that all of these notes are notes that I imported from L3, and all of my notes are added to the biblical text (reference in L4), not  to the selection.
