Searching for punctuation

Can I search for punctuation in English or Greek Bibles?  If I have a question like, "How many questions are in the Gospel of John" is there a way that I can search NA27 or SBLGNT for all of the question marks?  I have tried searching for ?, "?", ;, ";" and none of these give me what I'm after.

Not sue about searching question marks, but you probably have a book called "All the Questions in the Bible." It says there are 167 questions in the Gospel of John.
